Andzans Vitalijs was sentenced on 19 July 2017 at Folkestone Magistrates' Court after pleading guilty to drink driving.
On 28 June 2017 the 35-year-old, of Shooters Hill, Dover, drove a Volkswagen Touran in Upper Road, Dover, and gave a breath test of 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates banned Vitalijs from driving for 18 months. He must also pay a £400 fine and £85 costs.
Disqualification can be reduced by 139 days if, by 1 July 2018, he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State, the cost of which will not exceed £250.
Samuel Geza was sentenced on 19 July 2017 at Folkestone Magistrates' Court after pleading guilty to shoplifting.
On 3 July 2017 the 20-year-old, of Crabble Hill, Dover, stole a rucksack and three shirts worth an unknown amount from a shop in Biggin Street, Dover.
Magistrates sentenced Geza to seven days in a Young Offenders' Institute. He must also pay a £115 victim surcharge.
