Police in Dover have carried out a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a residential address in Clarendon Place.
Officers searched the address on Friday morning (10 February 2017) and discovered a large bag of white powder believed to be cocaine and a stolen bank card.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class A drug with intent to supply and shoplifting.
He is currently in police custody.
