Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak with in connection with an assault.
Officers are investigating an incident that occurred between 8pm and 9.15pm in Sheridan Road, Dover on 13 January 2017.
A 28-year-old man suffered serious injuries after he was assaulted by an unknown male. The man was taken to hospital where it was confirmed his skull had been fractured.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who may be able to identify the person captured on CCTV as it is felt this person will have information that will be able to help them with their enquiries.
