Officers investigating a robbery at a cash point in Dover have charged two men in connection with the incident.
The incident was reported to have occurred between 8pm and 8.30pm on Wednesday 15 February 2017 in London Road.
A bank card, two mobile phones and a bag were reported stolen from the 43-year-old victim. The bag has since been recovered.
Piotr Misiewicz, 28 and of no fixed address, was arrested at the scene along with Pavel Radowski, 47 and of no fixed address.
Both men have been charged with robbery and remanded to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on Friday 17 March 2017.
