Kent Police is appealing for information following a disturbance involving two motorists in Dover.
The incident happened in Castle Hill Road between 3.05pm and 3.20pm on Tuesday 8 August 2017.
It was reported that there was an altercation between two men who had been involved in a collision, and that one chased the other with a metal object.
Officers attended and arrested a 30-year-old man from Folkestone on suspicion of assault and possession of an offensive weapon.
He was subsequently released pending further enquiries.
