Paul, this time, believe me, the thread DOES NOT come from me, and this time please direct your scorn at the author and not me! No, this time I won't take the author's responsibility! Although, I did write you a reply on my own thread, I don't know if you read it! Still, even then, Melissa, I'd like to explain to you, that angelic manifestations are not a myth, and if they were, then they would't be of my fabbrication. When the Civil War broke out in the 16 hundreds, after the very first battle between Parliamentarian forces and royalist forces, for many nights, hundreds, if not thousands, of people witnessed a repetition of the battle in the sky over the place where it took place. Also, on hearing of it, king Charles sent two top officers out to investigate, who both came back and confirmed that they too had seen it.
All i know is it was confusing cos what the eyes see and cant identify the mind starts questioning whats going on! Mark is quite gend up on all things space and even he said it wasnt space rubbish falling as it was to close and didnt directly fall straight down. It wasnt an air craft as no aeroplanes flying and i can tell the difference. Also on the websites i have been looking at other people have seen the same thing last nite as far away as up north at different times and some during the deep night time. Lets just say i wont be looking out of my curtains again.

Melissa, it could have been a meteorite which can break up into any number of pieces on entering the Earth`s atmosphere, then burning up. Certainly nothing angelic.

Thank you for informing us that there is no extraterrestrial life in the universe, I feel reassured. The chaps operating SETI can now close down their research knowing you have shown them the light.
If, woah betide, and you are wrong and there is indeed alien life out there in the vast unknowable distances of the cosmos, would it not be part of God's design? Isn't it a form of racism by God to only represent humanity?

Colin, now please believe me here, not I, but the alio supporters (believers in aliens) are the ones who would have to demonstate that aliens do exist! I don't have to demonstarte the opposite, and until they can prove their theory, it is and remains humbug!
Phil, as for angelic manifestations, didn't I just go through the pains-taking work of giving a 17th century description witnessed by many, many people, including two high officials of king Charles. Please, why not comment on that particular historic note I put in there, rather then continuing to launch your offensives at me personally, as if I had written all descriptions of angelic manifestations that over the centuries other people have written?
ok i feel we have gone off course here i shared with you all my experiance yet it seems i have started a war for all ,everyone has their own beliefs and opinions so please dont keep arguing on a topic i choose to share with you all .
Of course, it could be that aliens are angels, or vice versa. And both are fairies! After it just depends on what you call them.
The universe is to big for this planet to be the only one with inteligent life .

Alexander, when I talk of aliens, I never refer to them as existing as some/many alien supporter`s do. I know there is the possibility that other life forms may exist, intelligent or not. My interests lie in scientific facts, non of which can prove that aliens exist. Equally, I can refer to angelic happenings as humbug(your word), also. One happening in the 1600s, does not prove anything. If it does, then you may need to believe that the WOW signal from SETI in 1977, was from an alien life form. Many people witnessed that also.
