  I have to be careful what I say, but I understand that the site is not in the ownership of JG and is waiting redevelopment - held up for progress on the Land Bridge. I may be able to do something to tidy it up and will work on that.

  You are correct David and the adjoining property. Acquired some months ago. And it is no secret that we are in talks with other owners about future developments.
