Gateshead haven't 'gone under' KS; the League judged that the club broke financial rules and issued a suspension. Unless any appeal against the suspension is successful, the Heed will have to drop down a couple of levels that's all (as the suspension also extends to the National regional leagues), which may be to Aldershot's benefit.

That's OK and quite correct and with no ground at the mo
And a lot to sort out
Not likely to win any appeal with FA
So the drop down most likely
Will the present backers want to stay
The supporters type trust would be a good option

Dover Athletic have signed midfielder Jack Munns on a two-year deal. The 25-year-old will join the Whites from 1 July having spent last season with Dagenham & Redbridge.

Yes sounds like looking to sign 18 players. Still waiting for a few of the experienced players to see if they will sign
. But of course if they are offered a lot more somewhere else of course they won't sign

Gateshead confirmed as being demoted one league, meaning Aldershot have been reprieved.
Still have never been to Aldershot, but have to Gateshead (1994 I think).

From BBC National League roundup:
Dover Athletic have signed defender Paul Rooney, 22, on a two-year deal.
Rooney was most recently with Colchester United and had loan spells with non-league clubs Bromley and Billericay last season.
So that is 7 players so far

From BBC National League roundup:
Dover Athletic have signed striker Steven Rigg. The 26-year-old spent last season in the National League with Gateshead, for whom he scored nine times in 44 games.
That is the eighth player signed - looks like Hess & Parmenter are serious

I assume he won't be our main striker given that ratio. It won't be Effiong or Allen either. We'll need a Leworthy, Birchall or Miller if we're serious.
