There was a Neighbourhood Forum on Regeneration - it didn't attract any more members of the public though.

It happened in a black hole in the Crab Nebula and was widely advertised to local droids. It then regenerated into an interstellar dustcart and went off to tackle the space debris problem in the rings of Saturn.
