I hear what you say , but don't agree at all.
It was because I gave a view that our very own paulw attempted to silence me(of course he never would)
The worrying bit is his view on public servants so its the principle of what he posted as though if your a public servant you shouldnt have a view?
I'm sure Jacqui even you are not convinced that Barryw paulw Roger and now and again Nigel don't post for political reason's bt I rarely see you critical of them!
I Would in the future worry for ny public servant who posts on here look behind what was posted.
Apart from that jacqui how are you?

18:3612362getting back to the harbour board issue.
if i may be allowed to make a sensible suggestion on this one.
we could give brian mr goldfield's address and supply him with a lorry load of bricks.
it may help the people that are likely to lose their jobs feel a bit happier.

20:4112379Keith I am sure Watty was hopefully having a bit of fun,as I know how valued your views are on here and are welcomed by Paul the Boss as you are political but unable to follow a Cllr's path because you are now a Public Servant, but that does not stop you having a Political mind, just acting in a Official Political position.
Now I use a Council computer to post on here, and I know Paul is aware of this, but I join in and after all freedom of speech does still exsist in this Country, but although I am a political person and of course a Councillor I refrain from Personal attacks on other Councillors and I try not to get too political as I am aware that I am also representing the Council even though I am on the opposition side, and I will and do say things on here that may upset the majority, but if I think something is unfair/or unjust or needs to be in the Public domain then I will post it,obviously there are things that in Cllrs speak are in the 'Pink' that I can't talk about but I have also stuck up for the Council when I think it is right.
If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!

21:0612385Fully agree John, well said.
After all if you paul and a few others stopped reading or posting then how would we get things done so quick.
If you want to mish mash Keith then go on the polotics threads and have a pop there. ( I don't read them )

Hear what you all say, with all the politics flying around, and other politicians on a large number of threads making clear political statements, why have only I been singled out.
NO matter my employment I have a view, (or shouldn't i?)
John think you have mis read his post.
