I also have a faith. It is mine and I do not expect you to share it, but welcome it if you do. It does give life some meaning, but it also poses many challenges: no-one should ever claim that Christianity (or whatever) makes for an easy life, as it poses as many questions, lays as many traps and begs as much courage as a conundrum in the middle of a sudoku guarded by tigers!

Probably misunderstood your posting, but im sure the C of E would say for whatever reason there attendances are up all about who you believe(excuse the pun)

I always recall a vicar local here who never pushed his faith down yor throat, he always said people have many ways of helping people and you dont have to go to church to be a christian think i share that view.
he gained a lot of respect at the time he made an impact on me cos i still remember his name Rev Duckett(and im useless at remembering names)
