I believe it's only sub-post-offices they close Keith, not main ones. Although having said that, there are some sub-post-offices that have more staff than Pencester does at times.

I went into Pencester Road Post Office yesterday and the queue was almost out the door, so didn't bother.
The Post Office were told this would happen when we (DDC's Scrutiny Committee) were scrutinising the closure of the sub-post-offices, but they were adamant it wouldn't.
To late to say I told you so.

yes we all said it at the time, but give post office counters an excuse to close a place main or not and they will.
The pencester post office is turning al lot people off it
It needs urgent action
