Sorry I'm somewhat confused.
But from what I've read isn't this simply a badly re hashed news story to give Charlie Elphicke credit (again) for something that he hasn't actually done (only talked about) and to make sure he gets his picture on yet another page in the local rags.
I see in the Dover Mercury someone has complained of the excessive coverage given to CE and the amount of photos that are inflicted upon us.
The Editor sarcastically included a picture of CE with the letter of complaint.
It is no wonder no one buys them any longer (I read other peoples when I'm given them to line the bottom of the budgies cage).

If you zoom in on the faces you'll see it's a split of 2-1 to the right and 1 undecided center right, would never have thought he would get as much support from the left though, maybe it was his pre-brexit stance!

I have no objection to the idea so long as our local schools and roads etc can cope with the extra people.
I did not include our local GPs above as they are already under extreme pressure and struggle to provide the excellent service that we had in the not to distant past. This area (along with many others) desperately need more doctors.
