One of the buildings next to the cinema is no longer under offer. Has someone pulled out?

Phase 1 - Hotel has no name against it. I think Holiday Inn Express was the most recent company to go on the site. Is that not happening either?

I agree Kevin, Dover is far from derelict & dilapidated, it's just a bit tired in places as in most towns. There are far worse than Dover. I was in Ramsgate town recently & I was shocked to see how run down it was, truly awful! Margate is not much better, their town is a sad sight too although I know they are presently pumping monies into it so hopefully it will improve no end.
I sincerely hope the DTIZ development goes ahead very soon with no further delays, we need this in Dover. Yes, let's all give it a chance. It can only greatly improve our town.
