I agree so much about Hubbards - used to get real sausage skins there and make my own.
I stand by my statement earlier and challenge any other contenders to bring their sausages to my next office BBQ ( I have just got a Weber and some locally made charcoal from Lydden I want to try - and some of St Omers best spare!) and we can have a competition.
