17:4492077One from me now. I was intrigued by the modesty panels round this portaloo. Where is it?

14:3692165I'm still fretting over the griffon too.
I'll put Howard out of his misery re the other one. It's at the bottom of the track leading up to High Meadow, i.e. the car park of High Meadow flats. I only put it up as I was intrigued about the modesty.

16:4792180Scotchie, the dragon / griffin is above Buffers the cafe on Priory Station Approach Road leading to the station. Ever since I've been getting the train to work I have seen this and wondered what it was there for.
Is the portaloo by those flats which have a path leading down to the top of De Burgh Hill? Its at the end of Noahs Ark Road I think?

another now, somewhere i
n east kent.

17:2392185Sorry Terry obviously missed your post 53 where you said where it was!
Howard, your picture looks to me like the old post office/sorting office in Bouverie Place near the bus station (Bouverie Square) Folkestone opposite the new shopping centre (where there was a car showroom in the 1960s if I remember rightly!! - see I learn all sorts in my job).

17:3392187Quite right TC, 01303 telephone exchange is right behind, I would have been arrested for saying that a few years ago!
What next will "Howard Bus Pass McSweeney" intrigue us with on his travels?

18:3192193what is actually happening to that old post office, there are no "for sale" or "to let " signs.
must have been empty for more than a couple of years now.
