  R.E post 102 It is by the river next to Morrison's very pretty, but no way of getting to sit on it, unless of course it is some modern idea of art!

  Yes its that bit of land newly reclaimed between Morrisons and the River...various bodies knocked it into shape and there was an official launch. Here is a picture of the Mayor herself Sue Jones and Mayoress Ronnie Philpott sitting on that very seat as shown by Howard there, taken at said launch. So it is sittable on...but not for any length of time I shouldnt think. I believe the land is owned by Netto.

  Tower Hamlets Howard streches from The Boys Grammar to the Girls Grammar From Kings Hall to the Town Hall and includes Park Ave,Salisbury Ave and one half of Castle Ave,down to the junction known as five ways.

  At the other end nearer the railway the houses have some sort of metal basket under the windows. Walking along there with the sun in my eyes I banged my head and had a nasty gash which needed hospital treatment. I was only four!
