  correct stewart, incidentally now that you have scaled the municipal heights what is the correct mode of address when speaking to you now.

  Yup. The riverbank is accessed from Dour Street via Goodfellow Way and looks idyllic. The front of the row of properties is labelled Dour Cottages 1860 and is on Maison Dieu Place which intersects with Wood Street.
