The vacancy/house full sign is turned round from time to time. That's the only sign of occupancy, we never see anyone go in or out.

A mate of mine got it many years ago just after the army moved out ,and at that time did not cost alot.I do not know if he lives there now,I have not seen hm about.

It is Charlie's house, which is only about 15/20 years old, the original having burnt down at some point. I think it was the site of the bandmasters house

It was called Wood St,because at that time the wood yard was there before it went down to the docks.
