this is an intriguing one, this is totally fenced off.
it looks like someone has punched a hole in the fence rather handily just large enough to stick a camera through so i had no idea how this would come out.
you can just see the top of a building at the back.

I think Peter may have been confusing it with Bacchus Villas that I put up recently.
Some clues then:-
It's the road where my brother lives (good one that!)
It's in the north end of town.
It has two "Places" running off it.
You can't drive very fast.
