  While walking near Northbourne area, saw 5 what I believe to be red Kites, I have seen them in numbers in Wales and am sure that is what I saw yesterday.

  There has been a few sightings of Red Kites in the district recently, not only rural areas but in Dover and Deal also.

  I had a goldfinch land on my feeders this morning so I am keeping fingers crossed it returns.

  Nothing as exotic in my garden Jan, amusing yesterday to see a Magpie picking something out of what passes for my lawn, a Herring gull came down all aggressive followed by another Magpie - the Gull made an excuse then left.
