Martin for heavens sake man, that was as clean a knock out as you've ever seen.
You should be ashamed of yourself, a working man, siding with that charlatan Clegg

My post was made 27 minutes in to an hour "debate" Are you saying I am white underclass ? ;) I despise Clegg a liar and a hypocrite. I also have no time for Farage because he continues to make a living out of what he campaigns against and milks the expenses as he does it.

Martin if you're white underclass so am I.
We have 2.5m unemployed, 1m unemployed age 18-24, it's an absolute travesty. Successive govts have failed the ordinary working people in this country. Keep voting labour Martin, the Kinnocks will be pleased, Neil and his wife have a combined EU pension in excess of £150k pa.
Your man Ed wont even give us a referendum, he's got his eye on a piece of that action, he doesn't give a toss for ordinary people.

Polly Toynbee will be busy telling us what's best for us, backed up by Philip's hero Monbiot.

Philip I understand you were mocking the Guardian journalists but I have read the on line reports and nowhere do I see that Clegg won? a comment was made that it may have been worthwhile to Clegg as he started out at zero and gained some support, but never hinted he won. Do you have a link?

The televised arm of the guardian, aka the BBC, spinning on Clegg's behalf.
Lets get it straight, the public spoke about the deputy PM and a bloke representing a party with no MPs.

No linky Martin of course it was tongue in cheek but check out tomorrow's Guardian and check how they spin the debate towards a Clegg victory.
Clegg was a weak opponent. Imagine if Farage were in full possession of the facts and really exposed the fraud, hypocrisy and the utter corruption of the democratic process his polling figures would be nearer 100%

Would have thought that with Farage being on the inside of the organisation he campaigns against he would have been perfectly placed to obtain all the facts and figures he needs?

I do know r Farage well I have been out to meals with him not on a one to one but as a group we have talked to each other many times and as a talker and leader he is very good. But it is the setup of the party behind him I did tell him that their HQ needs to come back into the centre of the UK and to be staffed a lot better then it is.
But as I am not in the party anymore because I was dismissed last year I do not know if it has got better.
But branchs need a lot more funding if they are to get more MPS, CLLRS etc (Please do not lets go into where I stand on this.)
And also we need to see more faces of the main party members who lead it not just Mr Farage.
I do which them luck next time and in many ways I am sorry that I can not help or vote for them anymore.
The old partys do need to see the public of the UK are fed up the way the Reds and blues and even the Yellows are running the Nation .

I think you could be right Brian, which says everything for the democracy we live in.
Of course tha last bit is patently wrong, should UKIP ever form a govt there would be a referendum.
