No David we would not pay £55 million a day membership
We have a trade deficit of 44 billion a year from the eu , we are there best customers
They will not stop trade with us, but we will have to comply to EU standards with all trade we sell to them.
And you will need to show medical insurance when you go on holiday, and they will need to do the same
Should save the NHS a packet
Tip... if we get out, get your self a fishing boat the uk fishing industry will be back big time

Granted Keith, the EU has it's fishing policy all wrong. It is dreadful that European super-trawlers have gained entitlement to de-fish the coasts of Africa. Alas this is not something we could ever fix from outside the EU.

Tom you really do talk irrelevant bollocks sometimes. Whatever does that have to do with the price of fish?

Tom, doesn't the EU also fish our waters dry of fish?
Our trawler fleet has become a shadow of what it used to be.

I have no wish to step over my neighbour's ailing form to comfort a stranger. Are you of an age to recall the Icelandic Cod Wars Alex?

Yes, Tom. Iceland increased their territorial waters to 200 miles.
However, they said British trawlers could fish within this limit provided they paid a license fee to Iceland.
As it stands now, we pay the EU to fish our waters dry!
We pay the EU to do the jobs we should be doing in our own Country, and we pay the EU to run our Country.

I'm wondering if the blanketing out of Dave's speech corresponds to the decision of the German Government to start gradually transferring hundreds of tonnes of German bullion from Fort Knox and Paris back to Germany.
My guess is, not only the British Government, but also the German leaders have accepted that the EU is about to crash, and want to take preventive measures before any big speeches.
Incidentally, Germany, which owns 10% of the world's gold reserves, will not remove any of their stock from London, which accounts for 13% of Germany's gold reserves.
Over one third of Berlin's gold will remain in the USA, however, whereas all German gold in Paris will be removed to Berlin's vaults.
Holland has followed suit and will also recuperate their gold reserves.
This looks like a move on the chessboard in preparation of a euro-demise.

That's right, Keith.
And China is stock-piling metals and rice for the last year, and the saying goes they are either preparing for war or for a collapse of the dollar. Something is brewing up.
But we haven't any gold left, Blair sold it all at scrap prices, $300 an ounce, just before it started to climb in value (now six times more).

Keith is also right regards storing copper: I was watching a video the other night about Police running trains at night to catch the people who raid the railway lines of metal. The Police say it is done by Romanian nationals.
Of-course Brian will dispute this

In Italy they've been going as far as raiding graves, taking the metal parts of coffins (the interior coffin).
As well as raiding railway lines and stealing plaques.

David Cameron's keynote speech on EU will contain 'red-meat announcement' [No word on it being Horse or Bull]
"Advanced briefing of his speech, which he had been scheduled to give in Amsterdam on Friday but had to postpone because of events in Algeria, made clear that he would demand repatriation of some powers from Brussels to Westminster
if he wins a majority at the next election. The new deal would then be put to the British people in a referendum."
"... the director-general of the British Chambers of Commerce, John Longworth, says Cameron's policy of "renegotiation and referendum" is the correct one. "Britain's businesspeople are not keen on walking out of the European exit door, but recognise that in a negotiation all options have to remain on the table," he says. "That means
having the courage to take tough decisions and facing the consequences at the ballot box.""
Again, Dave's firm resolution is... to have it both ways.
