He is already the MOST expensive MP in Kent. Damian Collins has no shame.

Just goes to show what can be done by being careful with money, Charlie manages to run a respite care home for journalists that have fallen on hard times with his expenses.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

The Fletcher Memorial Home by Pink Floyd springs to mind...
take all your overgrown infants away somewhere
and build them a home a little place of their own
the fletcher memorial
home for incurable tyrants and kings
and they can appear to themselves every day
on closed circuit t.v.
to make sure they're still real
it's the only connection they feel ...

Here we go again, knocking our elected representatives. I still think we've got some of the best politicians money can buy.

The House of Lords is now the home of far to many failed or retired ex MP's, who being friends of their boss got booted upstairs, they can at a whim make things difficult for those that were actually elected to run the country.

I have often thought we should have an elected upper chamber but logically we could end up voting in deadwood not good enough for the Commons. A bit like the European Parliament.

Post 14 (not 13): no problem - Mr Hunt went of his own volition and if electors feel Mr Osbourne's motives outweigh his performance, then the answer's simple: don't vote for him next time!

Could be tricky as his constituency is being abolished at the next General Election.

I believe there are about 30 all told which could be interesting if the CPS decide to proceed during the Election campaign.

The FBI are still smarting over the accusation that making a statement relating to investigation into Hillary Clinton's e-mails 11 days before the vote might have swayed it for Trump.

I do not expect to hear anything from the CPS before the election.
