From what I have read they all have to be acted upon by the CPS in the next few weeks, considering most of the prosecution evidence is from Tory activists used as pawns in the alleged scam they must be under pressure to bring charges.

He fell behind on his Council Tax a few years running due to cash flow problems with his business, I would have thought it was more sensible to talk to the Council and explain the problem rather than having summonses flying about.

The candidate in Thanet South is a man called Piper
The misinformation on this forum, whether deliberate or not, is extraordinary

I wondered how they had wangled out of it, explanation below from News Thump.
Prime Minister Theresa May has returned unharmed the two children of CPS Director Alison Saunders after the CPS agreed to drop all Electoral fraud charges.
The CPS dropped their charges earlier this morning and brought to an end the dramatic events that followed the revelation of the Tory campaign’s mass expenses fraud in the 2015 General Election.Initially, there was speculation the CPS would prosecute what seemed like clear-cut cases of fraudulent declarations of expenses from the Tories, but early yesterday morning it became apparent that Mrs Saunders’ children had gone missing.
“My son is normally a very early riser,” said Mrs Saunders.
“But this morning, there was no sign of him. On checking his bedroom, the bed was empty and the window was open.”
On the pillow was a chilling note written on the back of a spreadsheet saying simply – ‘Please consider your position regarding the cases against the Tories regarding their use of the battle bus’.
“I knew immediately, it was that vicious cow May,” continued Mrs Saunders, bitterly.
“There’s nothing she wouldn’t do to get her own way. But what choice did I have?”
Earlier this morning, the CPS dropped their charges and the children were returned unharmed.
The Prime Minister had remained silent over the affair until the children had been returned and then made the following brief statement.
“I am grateful that these charges have been dropped and I hope now that certain prosecution services will remember what happens when they f**k with certain Prime Ministers.

All that money spent on accommodation when everybody else in Kent commutes back and forth on a daily basis.

Our Charlie has a rather large staffing bill. Old Journalist Support fund maybe? I'm sure Mr McSweeney1 will have an opinion. Damain Collins has a high-speed rail link yet still has £25k of accommodation expenses. Craig MacKinley still has expenses issues!
Mr Barrington, you're right to say it is not legal; however, is it morally right? The illusion of "we're all in it together" during austerity...

Your Rt Rev. no mention of legality in my post, morality would be down to what they spent the money on, if the resources are available to better do your job and represent your constituents would it not be remiss of one not to utilise them?
