Having looked around on social media Charlie has a good case for bringing law suits against people.
Unfortunately on Kent Online everyone posts under a playground name with no monitoring of the posts.
The next tabloid headline could well be "More bodies found under Charlies patio", it really is that bad.

If innocent I hope every person whose name is linked to this sues the pants of their accusers and also the media if they have been named giving any profit made to charity.

Having in my own small way seen what happens when the press gets in the middle of one of these feeding frenzies, bringing out the worst in commentators on the social media, whilst I have sympathy for Charlie, I have even more for his close family.
As people have pointed out, Charlie is 'innocent until proven guilty'.
His family however are totally innocent yet must be going through Hell.
There's a lot of long lasting collateral damage when we have these flurries of moral outrage in an exercise which is rarely about exposing the truth but more often about increasing circulation.

I don't know how old his children are but if they are still at school they will be in for an awful time, we all know how cruel children can be.

I have to admit its a bit convenient that Charly gets landed with this, just when he's been pressing for tax reforms on the big players riping of the UK tax system, and calling for big cash for the ports to be ready in case of a no deal ??

One of the first things the PM did when she took over was to get rid of Charlie from the whip's office as he was a loyal supporter of Dave. She must have jumped at the opportunity to go one step further when his name appeared on that list.

Why would she want to get rid of loyal conservatives especially yes men like Charlie?

Charlie Elphicke is saying in the National Media, he has no idea what is going on, or what the charges are.
He must be more clueless than imaginable.

The words of Mandy Rice-Davies spring to mind, at least for those of us old enough to remember them.

Maybe she believes he is not loyal to her so jumped at the chance to discredit him.
I am fed up with the continual long winded TV and press obsession with this subject. They actually know little more than us but the pundits go on and on about these sexual harassment stories, the media should shut up until charges are made, after all mud sticks.
