You will be surprized to know Amilia Wiliamson has been a good friend to both myself and my family since those early days and today, so obviously it's not a problem.

Not all of us get so bogged down in politics, and can actually speak to each othrer without any great problem.

Right on, Sue! Whenever I leave my office to do a walkabout or attend meetings or functions I put my jacket on - it is simple good manners. If hats suited me the way they suit you, though, I would wear them more often!

Most readers of the Dover Exp did not know about the centenary flight of the two replica Bleriot XIs on 21 May from Calais, landing at Waldershare, to commemorate Jacques de Lesseps Channel flight in May 1910 (the second man to cross the Channel). Despite a lot of detail and pictures having been supplied immediately after the event by a well known local journalist. I will be posting more information about this centenary later.
