After another 3-1 home defeat
Most supporters wondering how Hess still in place .
But with a chairperson who still feels he's the right person it's looking like another grim season.
FA cup this sat away to Ebbsfleet who have recently beaten Dover 3-0
And not lost a game in the league so far .
So looking like an early exit for Dover .

Latest Kent online will really hit a lot of fans
With the manager stating Dover may win a few games this season And cannot afford to be promoted .
Although dressed up as a rebuild , things don't look good up at crabble ,not sure how long this can continue .
I'm a life long fan since 60s even I can see the cracks starting to appear .
Supporters now turning against Hess
Home crowds really low
Financial survival and the club's survival concerns a lot of supporters.
I'm saddened that having asked the question if the club and its supporters still have faith in Hess the answer I was given was that Dover were going to be one of the highest spenders In the league
Looking at other clubs spending that clearly isn't the case .
Supporters are getting more and more frustrated and getting smaller

A good result. Two tricky games navigated, some relief for Hess.

I have to say considering Welling are 5th it's not a bad result .
It was an end to end game , welling missed some sitters , there again though the man of the match the welling keeper kept a certain winner out from Alfie
Unbelievable how he got To it.
But Dover still do give the ball away a lot and stand off players giving them to much time .
And the marking for the welling goal wasn't good .
But I would have taken a point before the game so all good for now .
Youth side won 5-1 last night in the FA youth cup
