i would have that thought that after hearing two very different sides of the story, yam would have given a more balanced account.
he wasn't there to witness what went on so should have made clear that there was a dispute as to why roger had left.

Roger wouldnt worry too much about the coverage. I think the Dover Express were just trying to keep it neutral.
The Dover Mercury had good coverage and were much more in line with the general view here on doverforum, and even featured the item about BarryW not knowing as featured on our earlier frontpage...their headline "I was stabbed in the Back" quoting Roger, gave an idea of The Mercury positioning.
