Ditz has been full of good intentions for more years than I can remember.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

The same writer back in June just after the Referendum suggested that Brexit could cause the closure of the DTIZ project.

Just for anyone who is not sure of the exact definition:
Disingenuous
adjective
not candid or sincere, typically by pretending that one knows less about something than one really does.
"this journalist was being somewhat disingenuous as well as cynical"
synonyms: dishonest, deceitful, underhand, underhanded, duplicitous, double-dealing, two-faced, dissembling, insincere, false, lying, untruthful, mendacious;

I've always liked 'he was a stranger to the truth'.

Howard,
The 'box brownie' will be up and running again soon. Have to await for better brighter weather before the thing will work. Also for my thumb to improve.
On a more serious note.
What did Paul W mean by "still on time..... Autumn 2017? What exactly is "on time".
When and by whom was this date decided upon/revised?
Have we a new contractor to complete the project, and what is their delivery timetable?
Work is progressing apace on the site with tons of soil being moved daily to the Western Docks DWDR.
However, St. James development is still at groundwork stage despite all this activity. The new electricity sub station has yet to be completed and the old one opposite Dolphin Passage has yet to be fully demolished. Piling work looks as if it is nearing completion.
There appears to be plenty of activity around the Travelodge and Cinema complex areas, but not much above ground level.

Great set of photos, they are not hanging around with the structural steelworks.

That's amazing. I have never seen a multi-million pound development being undertaken by a two man building firm. Wonder if they are being paid cash in hand.
