You may be right, but I can never gave up just keep trying+I like doing it I will be taking votes from someone they will be some blues and some reds it might just stop the blues geting in and it might be the other way round for the reds,we all know from what happen last time I did get over 600votes this time will be more and if there is not much beween the big boys well anything could happen ,but I will be having my say at all the meetings just like last time, and if you look back in the old papers at that time it was me geting the headlines as the under dog/

All on viewpoints im not alone as has been posted on here its costly which will be a barrier.
I have no idea what labours view is on this, but i would suspect its same as mine.

So... the Tories would use this to select local candidates from local people and not parachute in someone from far away like Mayfair or Park Lane.
The trick would be to have a rubbish person as the secondary candidate so that the primary candidate would be an obvious and compelling choice [I note that no-one has said that the losing candidate in Totnes was any good].
And... Tory central office could then pre-select the candidates.

You have a vivid imagination Sid. You must have spent hours dreaming that one up. Dont work though as it simply and not surprisingly does not fit the facts.

i hope that you are reading this victor.
sid points out that the blues have been known to parachute candidates in from outside.
the sight of you plummetting to earth could be a good vote winner.
give it some thought.

Its not your legs that need examining Vic but much higher up your body just above the neck....you need your head examining! I thought you previously stated that you wanted to spend more time with your lovely wife and dog.
Are you really standing for Dover sakes or your own?.

Marek is living in Jersey in the Channel Islands Vic, it's very unlikely that he'll be in Dover over the week-end.

I have seen you many times at St Pauls and the White Horse plus the Boxing Day Dips but I have that ugly face that once seen soon forgotten. I shall be back in Dover soon to sort out some business so unlike Keef and Co I shall take you for a beer rather than a coffee.

18:1026969Going back to my point about the second placed candidate, I see that the Lib Dems have said they had been organising to back the candidate they believed was the weakest, and therefore, the easiest to beat in the general election. Maybe No2 was the stronger candidate and this has been lost in the hype.
Here in the Dover constitiuency I hear that there was a campaign to select a Tory candidate that was not only local but knew where Sholden was, it failed.
