- 31 January 2009 00:1514368As you all know the roads into River are closed at night ,and you are thinking that it is roadworks doing it,but you are wrong, we at River have declared U.D.I from Dover
As from tonight you will have to pay a toll to get in and out of River,I have got rid of the council 
and now i am king of RIVER, all tolls and taxs must bepaid to the head of state which is me 
, Sue is my tax collector 
And in River we are going to have N/ service back all under 75yers old will have to do two years without pay
.
