plus a lot of buildings before.
surely there must be a case for the council prosecuting?

07:5815490I'll have a look this morning and see if it's building or household rubbish; I've contacted the council on so many occasions - they resolve that issue, then another one comes up.
The tenants/owners need to be told that they can't keep chucking rubbish out like they do, but if they continue to do so, they'll be fined.
The broken window syndrome applies to rubbish too.
