For years now people in Dover and outside area's people who come on get bullied here by few mindless bullies to poke fun, pull up on mistakes by making fun, posting comments to sabotage posts..and so on and so on and so on...you know who you are; as above . Its all put down to innocent banter. It gives my posts more reads so not bothered that way, can handle behaviour as seen here. Others cant handle such behaviour, so won't post in fear of being made fun of - these are decent people that should be posting
So tell me it this site just for a few to speak and does the little circle want no one else here to take attention from their posts of a face don't fit into that little circle? Please enlighten me to all this sad mindless behaviour that hundreds of people are watching and reading here. If this is stage here for comical acts then play on. Maybe Im on a Childs forum or the house of commons ?

A non-representative sample of six over breakfast yesterday in Wetherspoons (all over 60 years of age).
4 have had flu jabs and have had no sign of flu this winter.
2 have not had jabs. Both have had flu. Both still insist they are a 'waste of time' and talked a load of pseudo-science they read on the internet from 'top scientists' to prove them right!
Just saying.

OK, to those decent people who, unlike Amberleaf50, don’t post on this Forum for fear of having their leg pulled – give it a go!
Rest assured that members may not post stuff that is: harmful of minors in any way, offensive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, intolerant of other views and beliefs, or racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise objectionable. We may not stalk or be rude/offensive towards you, even if you are a councillor or resident of River.
Yes, you can expect to have your leg pulled. If this makes you feel ‘distressed or anxious’; then I’m sorry because that’s not the intent. However, do I apologise for it? Not in a million!

When I was a kid we were all lined up for polio, diphtheria and tb jabs and the fact that hardly anybody suffers from those awful conditions nowadays tells me more than pub experts or even scientists - hence I now willingly accept the flu jab.

All I can say is that in the numerous years since I have had the flu jab I have not had flu or even a flu like cold that so many call flu.
Having had several snuffle like colds late last year I did not have the jab, after my recent visit to the nurse I was advised not to bother with it now as the flu season is nearly ended.

Yes there is coughs and colds going around also two types of flu. scarlet fever, (case in Ramsgate), so lot to put up with really. If president Trump wont touch flu Jabs Ill go with him at this time, he has no hidden angenda I presume. Maybe he could be paranoid about the jabs maybe they are OK so difficult to decide.

Anyway this my last post here not for reasons other than I need a life and is a very negative forum dont have time for people who want to just sit and pick and not talk sense at times. Basically zapping all my good energy cells I work hard to acheive high levels. So stage is all your my friends and maybe just maybe come back one day, not sure but too negative here and not much sense coming from some peeps. Plus my time precious dont want to waste it XX
