Well one trusts so; America is a populous place and they spend a lot of time and money selecting POTUS.

Trump telling it like it is. Personally I'm on the side of civilisation rather than the peasant culture alternative.

Yep, Trump is just the man to keep us civilised, and has role modelled very well so far.

Certainly made his mark at the summit, out on his own over climate change and made a new chum called Vlad, not forgetting a vague promise to our PM who seems to think we have a guaranteed trade deal with the US from 2019.

As much as I dislike the man at least he puts US needs first.

Surely it should be the role of ALL political leaders to put their own citizens first?

Exactly..........One of the reasons I voted to leave Europe was because our politicians could no longer put our needs first, they had to agree with and settle for what the rest of Europe wanted which was not always in the UK's best interests.

The President's latest policy statement is looking rather floppy, as the 'financial' cover for his tweeted transgender military ban is blown following revelations that the US military is funding doses of Viagra for ex- and current personnel. A stiff challenge ahead for the Chump if he wants this proposal to stand up.
