the NHS workers need a better offer than 1% pay rise or have people forgot that.

Absolute rubbish. They had a damned good pay rise last year and with most of the health service almost closed down the greater part of them have spent the last year doing even less work than usual (hence all the TikTok videos).

‘So. Keir. You said you’d take full responsibility of the failure of this task, as project manager, is that right?’
‘Yes, Sir Alan.’
‘Who should be fired today, in your opinion?’
‘Angela, Sir Alan.’
So Starmer, having said he'll take full responsibility for the results, has sacked Angela Rayner as Party Chairperson!
The Night of The Long knives is going to get more stabby than an average North London estate with Jezza supporters already blaming Keith and Keith claiming the entire electorate had brain-fog brought on by Long Corbyn!

Interesting how quiet their supporters Ray and Neil, who were so vocal before the results, have become on this subject.
Starmer is in charge so should take full responsibility rather than pass the buck and blame others. Maybe power has to be maintained whatever the cost to the lesser beings.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Pretty childish attempt at a gloat, Jan. I haven't been around for a day or two, that's all. I'm still vocal about pointing out, with so many reasons why, we are led by individuals who are unfit for the job, both locally and nationally. As far as Starmer et al are concerned, until they start pushing back against the damage of Brexit inspired populism, they won't get my support.
A perfect example would be Emily Thornbury's recently published letter to the conwoman Liz Truss regarding her BS about free ports (relevant to us in Dover, of course). You won'd find it in the Daily Mail though.

Not gloating at all, I was just surprised the two of you had gone quiet.

This'll be interesting. By-Election coming up in Batley and Spen.

Will Labour try to blame BoJo for shooting Jo Cox?
Who will get blamed for leaving local Grammar School teacher as a sacrificial lamb to the mad mullahs on the altar of 'community relations'?
