I'd guess at a 20% turnout, even if your man gets 50% of the vote he has a mandate from 1 in 10 of his manor.

like i said barryw its all a matter of opinion
there were as many nasties as you call them in the conservative party if you balance the debate.
lib dems(liberals)have been few and far between in this neck of the woods so not sure where your coming from on that one.
