09:209171The roads behind me were all uncollected yesterday. Is this an unrealistic and unworkable rota? I think DDC and SITA should think again.

18:489203I must say on this one that the D/council have just about got it right You can put out more than one black bag, but they could do better with the shops in the town.

20:359233this sounds like teething troubles.
i have never had any problems with sita rubbish collections, when they have missed me out, i have rung the council, it is always collected the following morning.

14:269374The recycling scheme is improving. It was collected this afternoon at around half twelve so at least it was in daylight. Not brilliant but better. Part of this is down to teething troubles but I'd question if the service can be extended to cover the whole of the district.

15:009376My mother lives in Maison Dieu Road and she put her first blue bag of paper out for recycling this week. SITA were so effecient they appear to have taken the bag away for recycling along with the paper.
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.

the sita people normally hang the empty bag on a railing or similar.
you may find that is a simple case of a tea leaf at work.
