So the PM gets a round of applause from the EU negotiators and trade talks don't start until next March. The dosh promised has to be made into a legal document whilst we have to be tied to the European Court of Justice and we have to accept all new EU laws until 2021, yet we are told all is going well.

The only EU laws that just might be justifiable are those to do with production and EU trade, I can not see any other reason we should follow their sometimes screwball dictates.

Pretty good summing up of the realities of what is to come in the next stage, my prediction is that the Irish border issue will be a major stumbling block.

I see it now! This negotiation stuff is all obviously a feint. Davis et al are really super-intelligent dudes whose real strategy is to so demoralise the 'Brexiteer' element of the populace that they riot in the street demanding a re-referendum so they can all vote Remain next time round. Then Johnson, Gove and Moggy can all take their places at the table of a new, improved Eurostate. Of course, the only person who's too dim to realise all this is that erstwhile Remainer, the Pry Mincer, who plods on regardless, occasionally whimpering 'victory' when the EU side take a nap.

All we need to know about a second Referendum which is beginning to look a possibility.

Whilst I am not content with the BREXIT negotiations, I believe that the question for the "second referendum" should be as follows...
DO YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR VOTES RESPECTED BY OUR ELECTORAL SYSTEM?
YES:
NO:

You Grace,
Grateful if you could actually help me understand what Labour’s position is.
So far I’ve heard Corbyn say they won’t rule out second referendum.
Diane Abbott last month backed second referendum but today rules out second referendum.
Tom Watson today doesn't rule out second referendum.

It doesn't really matter a great deal what Labour want as they are in opposition and I suspect they are very relieved not to be put in the limelight over the issue. Doesn't help with their grandees Tony Blair and Lord Mantlepiece actively campaigning to stay in.

still not to late for a U-turn, would benefit the majority if there is another referendum to stay in.under the currant circumstances any way.

Without doubt, BREXIT is the political poison chalice of our era. Capt, this was the 2017 manifesto position:
https://labour.org.uk/manifesto/negotiating-brexit/
It may be true to say that the situation is more fluid than that now. Of course, if you were to ask me about my personal position on BREXIT, I would refer you to the tried and trusted maxim: "
That would be an ecumenical matter."

Everyone has a right to protest peacefully and I can understand why people get a bit emotional on this subject but the leader today claims leaving the EU to be undemocratic so i'm not sure what part of voting she didn't understand. As for the old chestnut about Leave campaigners telling porkies, of course they did but so did the other side equally. In the end it was left to us to go by our gut instincts and views that most of us had held for years.
