Surely there can be no other reason for his continued Trump support except self gratification and keeping himself at the media's front. After all he has been rejected as an MP in this country enough times.

You would think by now he would have got the message!
This friendship also shows trump doing another u-turn; he has frequently said he does not like losers.

To be fair to Farage we wouldn't have had a Referendum and the subsequent result without him. Trump made clear at the time that he was impressed by the result and by Farage - both very similar personalities and outlook, Trump has very few friends in Washington and we are looking for a trade deal so any Uk politician with the ear of the President must be a good thing.

I agree regarding the referendum, but would you really want Nigel representing our interests in the the states having watched his childish outbursts in the European parliament?

This forum rarely makes me laugh out loud but I very much liked a Victoria Brides advert that popped-up for some reason and which observes 'Slavic wife brings success' and advocates I try one for free!

We keep hearing that the President Elect plans to deport between 2 and 3 million undocumented immigrants that have criminal convictions but surely they would be documented after their arrest?
If the action does go ahead a brand new huge department would be needed to do the paperwork and actually round people up.

I recall many round-up films but I can't say as I recollect John Wayne doing paperwork.
Perhaps PET rump was referring to immigrants about to commit crimes - you know, like shifty-looking ones wearing sombreros.

This is getting so much like Brexit now and not just in the US but here as well. I can understand the worries about the new President, relaxing of gun laws must be a worry over there but he cannot ride rough shod over congress and he knows this judging by the toning down of his statements and deleting stuff from his website.
The strangest thing is that so many people believe that the President can actually just casually press a button to start a nuclear war. If that were true none of us would be here now after a previous incumbent found the first lady in bed with the milkman or had a bad day due to an ear infection.

Disagree Keith he may be a nightmare to many Americans but a dream come true to us. His clear non interventionist stance means that unlike previous Presidents and his rival this time we will not be dragged down by the US into dropping bombs on brown people in poor countries. This will result in less terrorist recruits and refugees fleeing into Europe. A bonus is that is pro British unlike his Obama which should result in a good trade deal.
