A great deal has already been undertaken. No doubt the bore test rigs will move over if more is required. As you probably know the amended planning application will remove the phone mast component bringing a more acceptable scheme.

I thought from the planning that the wall of the cycle shop/ HMO formerly post office was going to host a mural as part of this work. It certainly needs rendering or something. I should imagine you can see daylight in places through the wall from inside the building.
