Quinn Estates seem to have their fingers in lots of local developments across Kent - just saying

Not the time or the place Ross BUT I am in the middle of reading Project Management for Dummies and have been talking to my little bro who is a bit of an expert on Project Management Audits having been the PM on the $20 billion Shell/Gazprom Sakhalin project. ;-)

Good book to start with, covers the basics pretty well, my specialities include project delivery assurance and post delivery reviews/audits as well as ongoing health/sanity checks.

'post delivery reviews/audits'! Now there's a phrase with a certain ring to it! I was going to use 'forensic' but thought it wasn't
quite right when I looked it up in the dictionary.

Thank you for to every one for your excellent advice.I can read time tables but I'm not going to start swapping buses.I carry more than one bag of shopping and as the River buses get very crowded it's no joke.Thee is no pleasure having to crawl round St Radigunds just saying Stagecoach took our direct service away .Shall use On line shopping more.

Had a walk down earlier and entered via Flying Horse Lane and it has a spacious feel and nicely laid out and the Castle makes a stunning back drop especially on a sunny day like today. Noticed that there were no litter bins, probably waiting on more tenants to move in.

Does anyone know the hours that parking charges are in?

The vehicle barriers at Woolcomber Street entrance/exit appear to be in operation today. However I could see no sign of any parking notices, charges or times and the ticketing machines were not in operation as of this morning (Sat. 24 March). I saw a number of cars turn around and depart once they say the barrier down. It's a pity that JLL do not provide more information at the entrance as to the state of play regarding parking, especially if it means some potential visitors are put off by the uncertainty as to whether they have to pay to park or not. Hopefully only a temporary blip.
Displayed Current Opening Times:
POUNDLAND - Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm; Saturday 8am - 6pm; Sunday 10am - 4pm
FOOD WAREHOUSE - Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm; Sunday 10am - 4pm
NANDO'S - Monday - Sunday 11.30am - 10pm
Bon Appetite

The pedestrian entrance in Dolphin passage is now open and the first unit on the left (Costa Coffee) is starting to be fitted out.

Update on parking at St. James.
Over the weekend the vehicle barriers have been opened to allow free flow of traffic into the site.
These notices have been attached to all parking meters
On the Retail front ‘Costa’ and ‘Greggs’ both have external signage in place and are being fitted out internally.

They need to post that information at the entrance as cars are still u-turning before the barriers, even when they are raised. Not good for business.

Knowing Dover it will only be a short time before they are hiring out by the hour. Just saying.
