In France, Italy and Germany they normally take 6-9 months. How long do you think it should take to assess someone's asylum claim Keef?

I know this idea will probably horrify the do-gooders but with so many now prepared to risk their lives by crossing the Chanel in those little dangerous inflatables, my question is why we have not built a modern day Concentration Camp?
This could house them safely and make it easier to process them and their asylum status, surely this would end up more suitable and cheaper than the present situation of scattering them around the country in hotels thus making it far to simple for some to disappear.

I could not think of a more modern name as I was thinking of something similar to those used by the UK during WW2. Also worth noting some of those incarcerated and were trustworthy helped out by working on our farms
Why on earth would it be in a town?

That's the problem if you highlight an issue your a racist for not holding the same view rather than looking for a solution.

How you going to speed this up Keef?
Her identity has still not been fully confirmed and there are five different dates of birth and six variations of her age registered with the Home Office.

I was replying to Jan
Wherever you put a concentration camp I think you need firm policies first which neither of the two main parties have

Fun Fact - Border Force only introduced uniforms when officers at passport control at Tn3, who in my day were trusted to turn up in smart jacket + tie, after the recruitment drive to make us more 'diverse' (the turbans and Tampax push) started turning up in W African tribal dress

Quoting from the advert on#517:
‘Asking the right questions could be the difference between modern slavery and a future of choice and freedom. Attention to detail here could change someone's life forever.’
