N.B. If, as this article suggests, local councils will be expected to take up to 0.5 per cent of their population as asylum seekers, with a population of 116,400 in Dover District that would be just over 580 persons.
Putting it bluntly most people in Dover/Deal have no comprehension of what is going on in much of the rest of the country once you get up towards the Midlands and above.

1. I believe the attackers were members of the travelling community plus having seen the video it does appear the black girl was the first to strike out.
2. The fight was stopped by one of the teaching staff wading in.
3. It was all a bit handbags at dawn.

Any excuse for a bit of a demo but perhaps they'd have been better off protesting at the gypsy and traveler camp nearby? (Whilst preparing for casualties!)
I spent my teaching practice in an inner London secondary.
I've seen white kids picking on ginger kids picking on black kids picking on Asian kids picking on fat kids etc.
It's bugger all to do with 'racism'.
It's kids being the little sh1ts they often are and have always been.
