15:3237431Thats typical of Vic.... never likes to miss a photo opportunity to get himself on the forum or in the Dubris column.
I just hope you don't go around kissing sodding babies at election time. Its enough to make my tummy turn.

15:3337432I had the place to myself Vic, till a couple came in about 12.30, but they didn`t look like forumite`s from the Chapter 8 dooooooooooo. I don`t wear a berry on my head, I put it away with the holly the other week. I`m on till 14.00 Friday Vic, but will try next week. I told the young lady I`m going to give the mega breakfast a try next time. I did tell her I`d be taking a picture next time I`m there, if it`s okay.

21:5337478I had a medium breakfast Vic, and 2 coffee`s, which came to £9.50. Walked round the marina and up and down the promenade afterwards to burn it off. Well worth it.

16:3137545Back in there again today for another breakfast. Thought I spotted another forumite in there, no names. I think it was the manager who came over to talk today when we were finished. Very pleasant chap, and very enthusiastic about it all being a success. Howard, were you up the library around 13.30ish talking to someone today? I wasn`t sure this time if it was you or not, especially as you didn`t have your big blue umberella up.

08:4937647Jean and I went to the SeaSports Centre yesterday lunchtime; it is very clean and everything is perfect - apart from not enough people use it. It is early days and I'm sure it will pick up, but it does need promoting.
The food isn't cheap, but it is good and the views from the windows are superb - or will be on a bright sunny day.
A good quality venue.

14:3737674Early finish from work this morning, looked in at 11.30ish again, for a couple of teas and a bacon sarnie. All well worth the extra. Left at 12.30ish. A few more in there today, though I didn`t spot Vic. Were you in there today Vic? There were 4 police officer`s over in the corner enjoying it all. HOWARD, very sorry mate, I just wasn`t sure if it was you or not. I went up the library again after my bacon sarnie, in case you were there again. Had to guess which section you`d be in. Another walkabout next week maybe?

12:1637872I was there yesterday, at 1.15pm. It was the first time I had been in there, despite the fact that my wife works there in the mornings. I have to say that I like it and will be trying the breakfast there soon; the view from the balcony is truly magnificent!
True friends stab you in the front.

13:3238355I was there yesterday having a Lunch meeting with a client and we had a very nice meal. I can recommend the bacon and avocado salad with a mustard and oil dressing at the very reasonable price of £6.95, it was delicious. The view is indeed magnificent and makes it all the more enjoyable. The staff were very attentive and pleasant so it certainly gets a big thumbs up from me

21:5438465maybe it was just a one off vic?
a small establishment only needs one person to go "tomdick" at short notice for serious delays to occur.
do not forget that if you have waited over long for your grub, annoyance puts you off enjoying it.

22:4338467Howard you are right,If it happens again I will tell them on the way out and they will never see us again. We use Cullens yard aswell and all the times we have gone in they have got it right.
So sea centre in the morning lets hope it is better this time round for them and us.
