Elegant and brutal or elegantly doing the job before her? Pitchfork politics or a representational irrelevance so long as my bins get emptied on Friday the 13th?

For what it's worth - I reckon this has all been thrown together pretty quickly. I note that the CCHQ Twitter Feed has not mentioned anything about, nor does it even follow Natalie.

I wasn't much bothered when the Marathon bar became Snickers; whatever the wrapper, neither were to my taste. Yet there did seem to be more nuts in the old one.

Time for a rewriting of that Tammy Wynette classic.
'Stand By Your Man' becomes 'Stand For Your Man'?

Labour was out of the running but this might well have helped them

Interesting nuances, I thought:
https://vote.conservatives.com - Get Brexit done so we can invest in our NHS, schools and the police.
https://mobile.twitter.com/natalieelphicke?lang=en: campaigning to Get Brexit Done and move forward, delivering better healthcare, more jobs & money
http://www.doverconservatives.com: Natalie will continue to ensure that Dover and Deal has a strong, independent and Conservative voice in parliament.
And mercifully not a sign of "the French or whoever", which always seemed to me to be of doubtful logic anyway.

I still have not seen anything from her, maybe she does not really want to be elected.
Edit. I expect a candidate to provide me information rather than me having to hunt them out.

I think she is better known than Cornell and probably far more experience in my opinion. (not that my opinion usually counts for anything)

I think she would be badly trolled by opposition haters who already call her vile names just because of allegations made against her husband. Never mind her own outstanding qualities or education. She is wise not to get embroiled with it at that level. Even on this 'kindhearted' forum the likes of captaint haddock cant resist a little ''' I dont know what I would call it''' more than a jibe and a joke undertone. She would be eaten alive on facebook.

"She would be eaten alive on facebook."
The haters of anyone or anything Tory namely the staunch Labour supporters are doing their best, which simply turns me off these Corbyn followers even more.
BTW I have now received Nathalie's glossy waffle and even a "personal" letter from Boris asking for my postal vote.

I am sure we all know there are more than two candidates but in reality only the two parties really count here in Dover however hard the others might try.

I agree with you there Jan. It will be one of the two.
