Bolton? That's an anagram of Notlob isn't it? (Or was it a palindrome?)

How did you get an invite Bob? Spoken to my source who tells me UKIP members and their friends only.

The supreme leader of the People's Democratic Republic of Korea has issued the following statement.
"Bob and me are great mates and often go out on the lash at the "Spoons" in Pyong Yang whenever he finds the time to visit".
ends.

I have met Henry Bolton and discussed many things at length with him. Articulate and intelligent, he is a smart guy with considerable pedigree (career background rather than political background).
All that said, he is on a hiding to nothing. Every election result since February has seen the electorate turn away from UKIP believing (I surmise) that their job has been done.

I think post 553 says it all really the job is done, but more importantly people are turning against UKIP now

With Europe sorted, no laughter please, UKIP and LibDems have gone back to their past position of simply getting the protest vote.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Agree there, the Lib Dems have a long history under different names and strike a chord with people in the far flung corners of our sceptic Isle. The West Country, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Isles do not trust the main parties and historically have gone to the third party. Although their vote was down last time they picked up a couple of seats in targeted areas.
