In all honesty the asylum issue is out of control and the present govt appears to have no idea how to solve it

The asylum system has been "out of control" for years and years regardless of which party was in power, it is only recently and far to late, only now has it become an important issue fueled by the boat people "invasion".
Owing to the present over lenient laws and some activists I have no idea how to solve the problem, I suspect the government feels the same..

#Labour’s plan to stop illegal cross channel immigration:-
✅ Stop cross channel crossings
✅ Arrest the People Traffickers
Errrr. That’s it.

The conservative party allowed 15 year olds to vote in the leadership contest this summer.
And look what happened? Worst PM in living memory!
No wonder the 1922 committee didn't want them getting another go

Far to young at that age, you either vote as parents or rebel against them or are influenced by friends and media and lastly not really understand the ramifications of how you vote.
I must have been well into my twenties before I really made up my own mind without any obvious external influence.

Tories thinking there are no issues
Labour thinking of can just walk in
Local Labour candidate appears to want to b see his campaign on how well he done whilst in the forces

At the moment trying to predict what will happen next election is a waste of energy, a lot can happen between now and then. Having said that a lot will depend on the quality of the sitting MP, one with a poor image locally like ours could or should be out.
