It has looked shabby for many years and will continue to do so until the various councils pull their finger out and get together to improve the Dover image, but considering only a few councillors care or even live within the town's boundaries I will not hold my breath.

Does anyone know why one entrance along the seafront underpass just past market square has been boarded up?.
