This is the time all the keyboard warriors can try to get themselves elected and do a better job.
but you recall one certain candidate stood in Tower Hamlets and had little support coming last

It will be interesting to see who stands in my ward, at least I know who I would never vote for.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Sorely tempted Keith but far too busy to spend my twilight years bringing enlightenment to the savages (the mother of my children says I'm much too old to take up a missionary position).

Just because you don't take an interest in politics doesn't mean that politics won't take an interest in you. PERICLES.

Labour probably win both although they have tended to take all wards for granted

I love that bit in "Councillor of the year" where it says people cannot nominate themselves which must have upset some of our ones.
Meanwhile Labour out in force this morning on the theme of getting people to register to vote, pity we don't have a university here.

Never even heard her name before.

I guess she will get elected simply because of the party she represents unless there is someone else who has or manages to get a good reputation prior to the election.

According to her Facebook profile she works in admin for KCC and lives in Dover, all I know of Mr Palmer is that he is a member of Momentum.
